Sunnycrest Animal Care Center has been caring for pets and the people who love them since 1969.

From the beginning, our goal has been simple: provide thoughtful, high-quality veterinary care while taking the time to listen to our clients, understand their concerns, and treat every pet as an individual.

As Sunnycrest grew, so did our commitment to creating a comfortable, welcoming place where families could turn for a wide range of veterinary services. In 1988, we moved into our present facility, designed to provide more space for patient care, diagnostics, surgery, hospitalization, boarding, grooming, and the many other services our clients rely on.

Over the years, veterinary medicine has changed enormously. New diagnostic tools, treatments, technology, and medications have allowed us to provide better and more sophisticated care than ever before. While we have continued to adopt advances that can benefit our patients, the most important parts of our approach have remained unchanged.

We believe good veterinary medicine begins with listening.

We want our clients to understand what is happening with their pets, what options are available, and why we may recommend a particular course of care. Our role is not simply to treat an illness or perform a procedure, but to help families make informed decisions that are right for both their pets and their circumstances.

We are fortunate to have cared for generations of pets from many of the same families. Puppies and kittens we first met years ago have been followed by new pets, children have grown up and brought us animals of their own, and long-standing relationships have become an important part of Sunnycrest.

That continuity means a great deal to us.

Today, Sunnycrest remains committed to the same principles on which it was founded: compassionate care, careful medicine, personal attention, honest communication, and respect for the special bond people share with their pets.
