Emergencies

This website, its email addresses, and any online forms are not monitored continuously and should not be used for urgent or emergency situations.

Appointments and online requests

Submitting an appointment request, contact form, prescription request, boarding inquiry, grooming inquiry, or other electronic communication does not guarantee an appointment, reservation, prescription approval, or service.

An appointment or reservation is not confirmed until a member of the Sunnycrest staff has contacted you and confirmed it. If you have not received confirmation or your pet needs prompt attention, please call us at (714) 871-3000.

Prescription requests remain subject to veterinary approval, examination requirements, applicable laws, medication availability, and the existence of a valid veterinarian-client-patient relationship.
